The Emerald Marketplace is an transactions facilitatior and payment processing brokerage with a coneptualized escrow element that strives to pave the way for structured and efficient supply chain procurement in the cannabis industry. We are establishing a formal, efficient, and transparent DIversified Cooperative Marketplace with cannabis companies in all sectors; offering educational solutions and industry-entry assistance for aspiring entrepreneurs, procurement planning, and brand creation and development. 

The Emerald Marketplace also provides dedicated expertise in business strategy, operations, finance, human capital management, strategic sourcing, and information technology. 

The Emerald Marketplace (“We, “us” or “our“) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.  

This privacy policy (this “Policy“) [together with our contracting terms] and any other documents that refer to in this Policy for these purposes, sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provided to us, will be processed by us when we are acting as a Data Controller. 

[We act as a Data Controller in respect to general procurement data we generate for establishing socioeconomic impact and national and regional awards by legal entities (“Services”). 

The Emerald Marketplace may also receive personal data in connection with vendor services it provides to its business customers, for example, when providing data hosting services and certain other services. In most cases, The Emerald Marketplace processes this personal data as a Data Processor on behalf of its business customer and will process such data in line with its relevant services contract. CBO aims to process all personal data it receives in line with the principles set out herein, where applicable.

This information may include: Name, Date of birth, Contact information (e.g. email and home address, telephone number), Employer’s name and address, Nationality, Gender, Project specific information, technical information and Service usage information. 

  • advertisers and advertising networks that require the data to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others. We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we will provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day). We may also use such aggregate information to help advertisers reach the kind of audience they want to target. Unless you indicate you want to be contacted for additional services via form, pop up message or email.

The Emerald Marketplace operates a global business.
